厦门协和双语学校在2022年袋鼠数学竞赛等多个比赛中战绩辉煌
我校初中学科竞赛始终以培养学生学科素养，锤炼学生拼搏意志，树立学生国际视野，打造未来精英为目的。本学期里，学校统筹，各个学科团队积极为学生制订学习计划，各学科老师精心辅导学生参加竞赛。同学们在竞赛中勇于思考、锐意进取、刻苦钻研、顽强拼搏，最终取得多项优异的成绩!
The subject competition of our school always aims to cultivate students' learning ability, establish their international vision and create future elites. In the past semester, various discipline teams have actively formulated learning plans for students, and teachers have also carefully assisted students in preparing for competitions. The students thought carefully in the competition, concentrated on taking the exam, and finally achieved the excellent results!
2022 Math Kangaroo
袋鼠数学竞赛
In April, 35 students from Middle school participated in the Kangaroo Mathematics competition held by the Organizing committee of ASDAN China.This competition uses interesting and close to life questions to stimulate children's interest and confidence in math learning, cultivate students' mathematical thinking, and train students' reading, understanding, analysis and problem solving skills. One student won the national silver prize, six students won the national bronze prize, and 11 students won the national Mathematics skill prize. Congratulations to all the participating children!
4月份，我校初中部35位同学们参加了ASDAN 中国（阿思丹）中国赛区组委会举办的袋鼠数学竞赛。本赛事用有趣生动、接近生活的题目，激发孩子们数学学习兴趣及自信，培养学生数学思维，训练学生阅读、理解、分析和解决问题能力。在此次比赛过程中我校学生取得了优异的成绩，1名同学荣获全国银奖，6名同学获得全国铜奖，11名同学获得全国数学技能奖，恭喜所有参赛的孩子们！
2022 UKBC 生物学思维挑战赛
In May, 15 of our lower secondary students participated in the UKBC Biology Challenge 2022. The Challenge aims to stimulate students’ curiosity for the natural world and encourage them to take an interest in biology outside school. Our students were very successful！One student achieved the Silver award, one student achieved Bronze, three students were Highly Commended and three students were Commended. Congratulations everyone!
5月份，我校初中部15位同学们参加了由英国生物学奥林匹克委员会（UKBC）组织，并由英国皇家生物学会（RSB）管理的生物学思维挑战。本赛事旨在激发学生对自然界的好奇心，通过思维挑战鼓励他们在校外培养对生物学的兴趣。在此次比赛过程中我校学生取得了优异的成绩，1名同学荣获银奖，1名同学获得铜奖，3名同学获得杰出奖，3名同学获得优秀奖，恭喜所有参赛的孩子们！
2022 YBTC Final Round
In May, 8 of our lower secondary students participated in the YTBC Final Round organized by the American Chemical Education Foundation (CEF). In the final, two teams composed of 8 students of our school stood out among many participating teams after five rounds of fierce competition. Both teams ranked among the top 35% in China, and won 8 bronze awards. Congratulations to all of them！
5月份，我校初中部8位同学参加了由美国化学教育基金会（Chemical Education Foundation, CEF）组织的美国少年化学家挑战赛（YBTC）中国区决赛，在决赛中我校8位同学组成的两个团队，经过5轮激烈的角逐，在众多参赛队伍中脱颖而出，两个团队排名均列中国赛区的前35%，共斩获8枚铜奖。恭喜所有获奖的孩子们！
